Short update, but I added falling leaves animation to this blog’s homepage! Somehow, it’s relaxing to just stare endlessly at it.

Once upon a time, there was a boy who made a website. At that time, he thought that websites were cool, so making a website would make him very cool too. Of course, he was wrong. Alas, the poor boy did not know how to market the website, he was too scared, too shy to tell the world of its existence other than a small link next to his github profile. And without any traffic, the boy grew unmotivated, and eventually abandoned it.

So the truth is that I had always been a lurker in the NUS Game Development Group (GDG). And so when they announced a Game Jam, I was initially hesitant to participate because I didn’t have anyone I wanted to group with. However, I was eventually able to find like-minded people through asking in the group. Looking back, it was definitely worth it as it was a plenty fun experience.
